You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Please print a copy for your future reference.
This website is operated by Timber2U Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Timber2U. Timber2U offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
We reserve the right to change prices, specifications and displayed information without prior notice. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that products are shown as true to life as possible, information including images, product descriptions, product specifications and even pricing can only be as accurate as the website, user hardware and user software allows.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email to the email address provided by you and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified
We only sell to the UK ( Not including Northern Ireland and The Scottish highlands ) Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK ( Not including Northern Ireland and The Scottish highlands). Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from delivery to addresses outside the UK (Not including Northern Ireland and The Scottish highlands)
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. During the order process we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. We will confirm to you by email once the goods have been dispatched
You are responsible for ensuring access to the specified delivery address is adequate for the goods to be provided including checking the access is adequate for the goods against the product dimensions contained on our website. If the address is not adequate and a delivery is rearranged then you may be liable to further delivery costs (including any return costs).
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control (including but not limited to delays caused by the courier) then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Subject to clauses as specified on the trading terms and condition document, neither of us shall be responsible for losses that result from our failure to comply with these Terms which fall into the following categories:
- loss of income or revenue.
- loss of profit.
- loss of business or reputation.
- loss of anticipated savings.
- loss of data.
- any waste of time.
PRICE & PAYMENT
All products on our website are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate.
Our website contains a huge number of high quality products and despite our best efforts there is always a small possibility that some goods may contain errors. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that mistakes are kept to a minimum, our products are hand-priced, to ensure we offer unbeatable value, but this means there is also room for human error.
If you find any information which you believe to be incorrect, please inform our team and we will have the mistake corrected right away.
The price of any products will be as quoted in your order acknowledgement email, except in cases of obvious error. If a product is incorrectly priced on the website, then we will contact you to notify you of the error, offering a solution to the issue. Where a product’s correct price is lower than the price displayed on the website, we will charge the lower amount and reimburse the funds back to your account when dispatching the goods to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price displayed on the website, then we will contact you with an offer to pay the remaining amount, or will reject the order and reimburse all funds back into your account.
Only one discount code is applicable per order. Discounts are not applicable for use with sale items which are already discounted/at a reduced price. This applies to all running promotions and discount codes on the website. Due to a different pricing structure issued by the lender, we cannot accept discount codes with finance orders. If you require more information then please contact us.
Payment for all goods can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal and Google payments. These options are currently available at the checkout when you have added items into your basket.
Your card will be debited when your order is placed and successful. These funds are subject to the banking system and though we do not receive the funds immediately, we will still honour the order and arrange for dispatch in line with the product lead times on site.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item, you will be entitled to a full refund to your card for the full value of the order. This refund will be actioned in accordance with our returns & refunds policy.
YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:
- If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back)

If your product is goods, for example furniture or a laptop, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:
- Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.
- Up to six months: if your goods can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
- Up to six years: if your goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.
Your obligation to return rejected products. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products you must either post them back to us or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange collection.
